Design Story

The composition is symmetrical but not stiff. On the left, a heart-shaped jack-o'-lantern in burnt amber, its carved grin dripping downward in soft ink runs. On the right, a pale weathered skull with hollowed sockets and exposed teeth. Both rise from fingered wrist bones that anchor the artwork at the base. Arched lettering wraps the piece - STAY on the upper left, CREEPY down the right - with three small bats filling the gap above. The palette is disciplined: aged bone, faded orange, near-black. That limited range is exactly why it reads clearly rather than shouting.
