Design Story

The composition is built like a collegiate crest: an arched "THICK THIGHS" headline, a stacked "AND SLEEP DEPRIVED" baseline, and a front-facing skull anchoring the middle. A barbell runs horizontally through the design, its plates closing both edges and giving the mark a stable, symmetrical frame. Roses and leaves soften the hard shapes, adding tonal detail where the linework could have gone flat. Everything sits in one deep wine tone, so the contrast against white stays sharp without becoming loud, and the fine engraved shading keeps depth inside a restrained palette.
